Petawise Repair, Refunds and Warranty Policy

 

Effective date: Nov 1st, 2018

For Repairs:

  • E-mail support@petawise.com or call the Support Team at 1-647-748-7382
  • The Support team will assist you to prepare for the return to Petawise
  • Our staff will issue a RMA # and the RMA form
  • Please return the part to Petawise, along with the RMA form
  • Petawise will test the product and will send back replacement or the repaired item

 

For Refunds (Credits):

  • Refunds only apply within 30 days from the Purchase Date
  • Exchanges will be provided after 30 days from the Purchase
  • Product is expected to be in the original condition, in the box with all accessories
  • Product should not have been defaced or damaged as a result on being installed
  • Where not in conformance with the above, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply
  • E-mail support@petawise.com or call the Support Team at 1-647-748-7382
  • Please return the part to Petawise, along with the RMA form
  • Petawise will check the return and will issue the respective Credit

 

Warranty:

  • 3 Years from Purchase for all IPC cameras (except PTZ) and NVRs
  • 2 Year replacement for PTZ cameras
  • Products with Physical damage and defects or defacing from misuse do not qualify
